Hand Massage: Ease Cramps More Effectively

Day in, day out, we use our hands. There isn't anything we aren't willing to do that needs to be done to keep the household running. Put away dishes, hammer in a nail, buckle the child in the car seat. Plant the garden, slice the vegetables. Our hands don't get a break. We type, despite the pain of repetitive motion. Hand massage will help with this.

We can use lotion to care for our skin, but what about muscle or joint strain? What about the pain of overuse? Hand massage may be what we've been unknowingly seeking, not only to relieve hand pains and aches, but also to help a long list of problems. General massage is widely spoken of, but hand massage? Is it really worth it. I did my research, found out more!

There are a variety of methods of massage, over 250 to be precise. Massage is the manipulation of superficial layers of muscle and connective tissue and has been practiced for over 3000 years. Hand massage is done to restore function and alleviate pain in your hands. What you may feel to be a basic joint pain or strain can take weeks before you have any relief. If you just go for a hand massage, you will feel instant relief.

When having a hand massage, we must realize that there are a variety of specific pressure points that relate directly to different parts of the body. Every part of the hand has pressure points, including the front, fingers and the palm. Your masseuse can show you a map of the hand and points.

For example, pressure point no.27 should be twisted to ease tired eyes. Hearing can be enhanced by rubbing and twisting the pressure point no.9 . When looking for constipation relief, look no further than pressure point no.22 and twist. Try it, it's great. It really is amazing the number of ailments and the relationship to the inner parts of the body.
When I first went in for a hand massage, I found great relief in my hand pain. Here's what I didn't expect. I no longer need to take the medication, which I felt was adding toxins to my system. I also didn't expect to have more energy than before. It was a wonderful experience.

Apparently when any massage is performed, an increase in blood flow can give more energy, as well as increasing brain function and the elimination of waste from the body is more efficient. All this sounds great right? Go check out your local massage spa. Whatever you do, make sure you find the right place to go. You probably need to go no further than there.

Having read this, whether or not you have hand issues, you should want to go for a massage. Just to try it. As you now know the benefits, you can make an informed decision. Visit your local massage spa. Try a variety of massages. For me and the overuse of my hands, I feel the hand massage cures my problems. Your hands deserve it!
